Cristina Androne, the superb fitness instructor at Fitness Scandinavia Sports and Recreation in Bucharest, Romania sits down with Charlotte The Magazine to give tips on new ways to train your body. She shared one of her best kept secrets on acquiring great abs. Cristina has 7 years of training and certification and is highly respected in the fitness community in all of Europe. Along with teaching, Cristina runs her very own gym and travels to Italy to teach other instructors on the new wave of fitness, Kangoo Jump.

How long have you been involved in Kangoo?

I’ve been involved with training instructors and students on Kangoo Jump since
2009. I discovered it in a fitness convention in Romania and fell in love with it.
I started taking courses to obtain my instructors license. Fitness is my passion so it
was easy to take on a new task.

What advice would you give a person trying to get serious about getting there body in shape?

It’s not really about dieting; it’s about a healthy lifestyle. Make your training a
Priority and love what you are doing. I think if you love what you are doing it
would not be considered work.

What’s the secret to perfect abs?

LOL!!! If I told you I’m sure you would not believe me..no one does.
What works for me is Chocolate!! I eat lots of Chocolate but I also train very
hard. So yes ..my answer would be Chocolate and training your abs at the end
of every training session.

Have you ever thought about creating a DVD and share your training with the masses?

I have been ask that a lot and never have I given it any serious consideration.
With my tight schedule I don’t think I could dedicate myself to it fully but I will
think about it.

What is your advice about sodas and fattening foods?

It’s all about happiness so it is important to have limits and not exaggerate. Small portions and heavy training is the key.
